By accessing or using OMIU.ME (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is currently offered as an alpha. Features may change, break, or be removed. We may add, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
You retain ownership of content you publish through the Service (“User Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to post your User Content and that your User Content does not violate law or third-party rights.
You agree not to:
Some features may require payment (e.g., Premium or Founder). Prices and included features may change.
Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly.
The Service may integrate with third-party services (for example, Stripe for payments, Supabase for authentication/storage). Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, especially during alpha.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to use the Service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or USD $10 if you did not pay).
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we believe it is necessary to protect the Service, other users, or third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
